1. Madhutailika Vasthi
   1. Saindhava — 15 gm
   2. Satahva Kalka — 30 gm

   4. Eranda Kwatha – 600 ml
   5. Taila — 180 ml

Indication –  Pakshvadha ( Paralysis ) , Pangu ,vatha disorders, Stress induced diseases

1. Rajayapana vasthi :
   1. Ajamamsa Rasa – 120 ml
   2. Ksheera Kwatha – 500 ml
   3. Saindhava – 15 gm
   4. Madhu – 120 ml
   5. Kalka – 30 ml
   6. 3 gm each musta , guduchi , Eranda, bala, rasna, Punarnava, Manjistha, Aragwadha, Brahmi, Katuki, Shalaparni, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura, Madanphala are boiled with 1000ml of water are reduced to 250 ml. then 500ml of milk is added to 250 ml of kwatha reduced to 500 ml
   7. 6 gm of each yashtimadhu , satahva, syama, kutaja , rasanjana are powdered and used as kalka

Indication :   Shukra Kshaya, Mamsa Kshaya, Bala Kshaya etc.
Infertility, Epilepsy , Rasayana ( Rejuvnating )

1. Vaitarana Vasthi :
   1. Chincha ( Tamarind ) – 60 gm
   2. Guda ( Jaggery ) — 30 gm
   3. Ksheera ( milk ) – 500 ml
   4. Taila – 120 ml
   5. Saindhava — 15 gm
   6. Dhanyamla, Gomutra etc. are used in place of milk, according to disease , ie, mainly used in status of ama & kapha.

Indication : Gridhrasi ( Sciatica ), Katishula ( slipped disc / IVDP ) , Sandhi Vata, Ama Vatha , Compressive neuro radiculopathy, back Pain

1. Ksheera vasthi :
   1. Eranda Tail – 60 ml
   2. Madhu – 60 ml
   3. Ksheera – 120 ml
   4. Saidhava – 15 gm

Indication :  Vibandha , Ksheena , Rheumatic Arthritis , condition where virechana contraindicated , for lubrication , back pain

1. Shaddharana Vasthi :
   1. Dhanyamla – 300 ml ( gomutra )
   2. Shaddharana / Vaishvanara Churnam — 30 gm
   3. Saidhava – 15 gm

Indication :  Ama vatha , Anaha , Agnimandya

1. Patol Nimbadi Vasthi :
   1. Kwatha – 500 ml
   2. Kalka – 30 gm
   3. Saindhava – 15 gm
   4. 25 gm of each of patola, nimba, chiravilva, rasna, saptparna, are boiled 2 litres of water and reduced to 500 ml.
   5. 5 gm each of sarshapa, nimbi, guduchi, vasa, patola and kantakari are powdered and used as kalka.
   6. Ghrita – 120 ml
